Tékumel: Empire of the Petal Throne is a role-playing game setting based upon the imaginary world created by Professor Muhammad Abd-el-Rahman Barker. Published in 1975 by TSR, Inc., it is the first role-playing setting ever.
This program of role-playing, board and live-action roleplaying games, plus seminars, celebrates the first ever published fantasy setting for a role-playing game.
